Jailsoft grants licensed clients a restricted, non-transferable right to run our software on secure local servers or private government clouds. We retain all rights and ownership of our underlying software code, patents, and system designs. Clients are responsible for managing terminal access, assigning secure account passwords, and training staff on appropriate system use.
We provide comprehensive maintenance and software updates under our service-level agreements, keeping systems aligned with changing security and compliance requirements. Our support teams resolve technical issues quickly to maintain high uptime, helping facilities operate safely and with complete administrative confidence.
