Duress & Panic Systems | Real-Time Officer Safety Arrays | Jailsoft

Real-time officer safety systems with sub-meter location tracking.

System Overview & Capabilities

Officer safety in high-security wings relies on instant help during cell block confrontations. The Jailsoft Duress and Panic Systems provide guards with tracked local transponders. In emergencies, tapping or pulling a transponder trigger sends immediate, silent alerts to control screens, dispatching backup units instantly.

The system uses secure, local-frequency radio arrays to track guards inside concrete and steel structures. If a transponder gets damaged or drops to a horizontal angle (indicating 'Officer Down'), the transponder automatically triggers emergency alerts, reporting the exact floor and corridor location.

The system maps duress alerts onto control room screens, using distinctive, high-contrast symbols to show alert details. Real-time logging tracks the timeline from alert to guard response, providing administrators with transparent logs for routine safety reviews.

Included Enterprise Features

  • Rugged transponders with double-button triggers to prevent accidental activation
  • Automatic 'Officer Down' angle detectors checking guard positions
  • Localized radio tracking grids that work through heavy concrete walls
  • Control room integrations that highlight alert sectors on facility layouts
